Role is 90% supply chain operations organisation, administration/reporting and stock movement control (in/out). Supervision of 1-2 logistics operators Location: Clonshaugh, Dublin 17 Contract: Permanent, subject to a 6 months probationary period. Hours: 9am-6pm Compensation: €30k + Bi-annual Performance Bonus (following 1 year service). Our client is a fashion business specialising in the buying and selling pre-owned luxury accessories. The company is an international leader in pre-owned luxury products distribution and has offices in Europe, North America and Asia.
Responsibilities: Strategically plan and manage logistics (Shipments and Deliveries) in collaboration with the Commercial Team and our different warehouses. Manage, lead and delegate to Warehousing employees (1-2 staff) ensuring roles, responsibilities and priorities are identified and clearly communicated. Strictly ensure the relevant packaging is delivered to the clients in accordance with the company’s marketing strategy. Maintain record-keeping for audit purposes (stock levels, delivery times and transport costs). Coordinate imports with freight forwarder and customs broker, and approve Freight and Duty invoices. Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance and implement improvements in your department. Ensure all system transactions associated with goods movements are performed in a timely manner in SAP. Main point of contact for our internal Customer Service and Commercial Teams. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to the Top Management. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar 3 years experience in an administrative or coordination role in Supply Chain ' Logistics Operation. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. Clear focus under pressure. Ability to work in autonomy. Proficient in Ms Excel Experience using SAP Business One or similar ERP system.
Personal Qualities Required: Fluent English. Sense of responsibility. Results driven. High level of productivity. Punctuality. Ability and willingness to work in a warehouse-type position. Interest in fashion and international environments an advantage. Strong work ethic.
