Santry, County DublinPermanent€28,000 a yearRole: Night Shift - English Travel Consultant
Location: Santry, Dublin
Salary: €28,000 + €1,600 Bonus Plan
Hours: Sunday to Thursday - shifts between 11.00pm and 8.00am (40 hours a week contract)Start Date: 3rd June
Requirements: 2 years travel / airline industry experience with 2 years GDS Systems experience (Galileo, Worldspan or Amadeus etc.)Job Description:

· Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
· Excellent telephone skills
· Strong listening skills: active listening; able to appreciate the context of the business traveler’s experience
· Ability to develop valuable and long-lasting relationships with business customersRequired Skills:
· Passion for travel / experience in airline industry with GDS systems (minimum 2 years)
· Solutions mindset to find the right solution for the customer (e.g., consultative skills)
· Ability to anticipate customer needs and display empathy, proactive recommendations & urgency.
· Polished delivery: ability to communicate in a structured and effective manner
· Quick learner: ability to ramp up quickly and act on feedback constructively
· De-escalate customer situations: manage customer expectations and follow-up on customer commitments
· Passion for service, one call resolution and tailoring the solution for the caller
· Fast typing and computer navigation skills (e.g., Web applications, shared folders)
· Proficiency in a multi-system environment and ability to multi-taskYou will have a working knowledge of Travel GDS System such as Amadeus, Galileo,Worldspan or Sabre, and will have experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or similarExperience, Education, and Certification:
· Min 2 year GDS experience in Amadeus (pref), Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo etc
· High school degree or equivalent (required)
· Customer sales and service experienceWhat they Offer You:
